Time to Eat My Veggies

It’s time to get back on track, people! These slow winter months, including the December holidays, have caught up with me. I’m feeling sluggish and a little depressed. It’s time to up the intake of my vegetables to help spark some new energy.

I really think this helps, getting enough greens to help kickstart my day. I get on a carb kick, and then all I want is carbs for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I’m missing out on such great vitamins and nutrients from fruits and veggies, especially the veggies!

So I’m now on a new kick. I just hit the grocery store and almost everything in my cart was from the produce aisle. Yay me!

  1. Your recipes sound good. I’ve bee addicted to roasted veggies of any kind lately. Also, a fast and easy way to get more veggies is to sneak them into your smoothie but do NOT use the non-recipe I made this morning. blech.
