I'm heading to Disneyland for vacation shortly. I've scheduled two days for short workouts at the gym (3 miles or so plus maybe a few weights...no more than an hour total) and hello? I'll be walking around Disneyland for three and a half days! But I also put in for a hard run the day after we get back to kick my butt if/when I don't follow through. Yay for you for sticking to it!

Oh, that is the biggest feat for me. Especially as usually my diet goes out the window on vacation too, so the last thing I want to do is run after I ate a gallon of ice cream the night before.

Good job! Way to go!

I can so relate. haha. I live in Nashville so I should be out there hitting the pavement 12 months out of the year. With work travel, again, like you, sometimes the running clothes I've packed stay untouched in my luggage. So from a fellow workout avoider (it's getting better now that it stays lighter longer) I salute you :)
