Where Kids Run: Through Fountains

A fountain — like this one at the Rose. F. Kennedy Greenway in Boston– looks like such a stationary thing, doesn’t it? But man, does it inspire running. Laurel and I met up with friends at the Greenway and the girls could not resist running through this fountain. The fountains are on timers…at first the game is to try to run through without getting soaked, then it becomes running through to get as soaked as possible.

Many miles were probably logged, all clothing was completely soaked, and several dollars were spent on new dry clothing at the nearby Gap at Quincy Market.

If you’d like to send in a picture to be included in a future Where Kids Run post, e-mail eatblogrun [@] gmail.com and include: 1) photo; 2) name/link to attribute to the picture; and 3) brief description of what’s happening in the photo. Thanks!
